Do You Sprint Better In New Or Old Shoes

Lunatika Analysis

Developer: Telltale Games
Platform: PC - MAC (Coming soon iPad and PS3)
Year: 2010

After an intriguing final two months of waiting, the second episode of the video game adaptation of the cinematographic work Back to the Future is already here. Get Tannen! Begins just after the end of It's About Time and returns us to the magic of the 30's with Emmet Brown and Marty McFly. Can correct errors and recover the normal course of time?

First of all, I would like to read my analysis first episode, which is much more descriptive. In this article I can only make a simple comparison between the episode left in December and the second question, simply because both are part of the game, technically they are identical, although slight differences are noticed, a lot.

After a negligible first episode, this second part learn from previous mistakes and correct them in the best way. Once and for all, the characters and the story take a particular course and headed for into something bigger. The narrative is very well made and will be a delight for fans. The episode raises a very tangled story arc, but worthy of the franchise, and clear! If we have confusion, the wise are always talks with the Doc to illuminate our path, but may end up more confused. The truth is that the dialogues are best achieved in this episode, and characters have been instituted a stronger personality.

But if there is one aspect that Telltale Games manages to greatly improve over the first episode is in the gameplay and the puzzles. The game in general continues to present a simple difficulty, but this time incorporate more variety in the puzzles and more ways to function in the adventure. In addition, these puzzles are better integrated into the story. Anyway, all of them are intuitive and clearly marked stop with this game, the company wants to reach all audiences. Back to the Future is a franchise with many fans it's likely that people who never played an adventure game at the moment that having a nice time with this game. And although it will be a title not very appealing to veteran players of the genre. It would be interesting that Telltale Games incorporate a level difficulty levels for the next episode, so all content themselves. It would also be attractive to incorporate secondary quests or mini games to give more variety to the adventure.

regarding the control of the character, Telltale Games is held in abeyance improvement in this aspect. It is stifling in many situations the direction taken by automatic camera, which only allows the course difficult to move. The hybrid between a point & click interface combined with platformer controls leave much to be desired, and you feel very poorly optimized for PC keyboard. With a joystick experience not improved, although the system with both peripherals at least functional. As for the

of graphics, still looks the same way the first episode. The scenarios are very well made, very detailed and high level of interactivity. Although we may have the feeling as you scroll through them lack a touch of life, every effect is the presence of static and dynamic elements is negligible. On the other hand, the character modeling is more than good, and the caricature of them looks better than ever.

The sound is still majestic. The music is the order of the day and will be a enjoyment for the fans. The voice acting is very well kept, the dialogue is all fun and the actors do a great job.

In terms of duration, this episode is shorter than the last or at least feels that way. This is due to the variety in gameplay that have been introduced in this second part, but what if it is a shame is that there are so many scenarios. However, because of its length, this game is not repetitive in us any sense of the word.

Leaving an open ending for a third episode, which judging by the preview seems more interesting than the previous two, again to live the adventures of Marty in March with Citizen Brown. And if people, because if we had a DeLorean, and we would be playing the whole game right?

Final Note:
7.5
